Great introduction to Deism. After reading this book, I am impressed with the depth, clarity, and diversity that this book treats the concept of Deism. In a society where the only popular views seem to be either unquestionably faithful to traditional religion, or in the other extreme bitterly opposed to any form of religion or belief in a higher power, this book is refreshing, thoughtful, and yet the subject matter isn’t too difficult to understand. I don’t agree with all views in this book, but this kind of critical thinking is kind of the point. Many people have Deist views and don’t know it. When they find out that their beliefs may in fact have a name, they want to read more about this. This book is also recommended for people who want to find out what Deism is all about and want to get some different perspectives. - Brandon Norgaard

Excellent Read and Reference! A very well-written book on Deism going into greater depths than previous books on Deism I have read. Definitely worth the purchase! - Kenneth W. Wright

Deist – another route to choose From. This an excellent book about Deism and all its different variations. The writing is clear and easy to understand. I also came away with an important truth from reading this book too. There was no wrong way on being a Deist and I can honor God my way. Now what other belief system you give that freedom ?

Another a thing I truly love about this book was the respect to other Deist’s views and the respect to other religions. When I first explored Deism couple years ago. I was turn off by the attacks on Christianity and other religions. It’s wonderful to see sites like Deist Alliance & Positive Deism refrain from that and promoting a respectful Deism. (And no, I’m not a member of those two groups. Just visit them now and then)

So if you are just curious about Deism or want to study it more deeply. This is book for you. - The Quiet One
